Shipping & delivery
We ship from our EU stock in Romania. Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery time depends on destination and carrier; you’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched.
If you order from within the EU, deliveries are generally no-customs (intra-EU shipment). For special destinations or larger orders, contact us for a tailored shipping quote.

Checkout is protected with industry-standard security. Card details are processed by trusted payment providers and are not stored on our servers. Available payment options may include card payment and bank transfer. An invoice can be provided for each order.

Returns & refunds
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and share photos of the package and products. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the case.
For food safety reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened, sealed products (when returns are applicable). Refunds are issued to the original payment method after confirmation.
