For wholesale shipments we provide a commercial invoice and (where applicable) a packing list. On request, we can also share product labels/specs, laboratory test results, a health certificate, and relevant Romanian veterinary authorizations (DSVSA) if needed for your onboarding.

Wholesale pricing applies to 200g vacuum-sealed packs. Orders are typically placed in case-based increments (multiples of 34 packs) to keep picking and logistics consistent.

Ingredients and allergen information are provided per SKU on the label/spec. Our Köme/Pestil range contains wheat/gluten and may contain nuts (e.g., hazelnuts, walnuts) depending on the product. Shelf life is indicated as the best-before date on the packaging, and products should be stored cool and dry (not refrigerated).

If you need to change quantities, delivery details, or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before the order is picked/packed, but once dispatch preparation has started, modifications may be limited.

Yes—upon request we can support mixed assortments and corporate gifting-style bundles, subject to stock availability and lead time. Share your target budget, quantity, and desired mix, and we’ll propose an assortment.
